Presidents Report

This year has been great year for N.P.B.A.  Although it may not seem like it, the North Side have finally received the much needed attention that it deserves. With the completion of survey done by Wilber Smith and Associates which was contracted by the Pasadena Second Century Corporation. Street Projects like  Shaw, Pasadena Blvd, Main, Allendale and soon Southmore and Shaver. Also the New Library and New Police Station makes a great addition the the City Hall Complex. Project Star’s added additional Murals to the tanks along Independence Hwy.(Hyw.225) and soon gateway signage. We also seen the ground breaking to the New John Phelps Court House located at the old Timmers Chevrolet Dealership

One of the much needed thing we needed was public transportation we seen a Park and Ride at the Pasadena Town Square Mall and soon a Metro circulator bus trough out Pasadena connecting Hospital, Colleges and Shopping. Much work  and attention is still needed for our oldest part of Pasadena and as I complete my term as President and we elect new members I hope that more citizens of Pasadena will get involved to make our City all it can be.
